Marko Matysik, Gaultier, 2007

FIG has a new exhibition space at The Mayor Gallery, 22a, Cork Street, London W1S 3NA where, outside of FIG exhibition opening times, viewing is possible by appointment. FIG's first exhibition at the new space will present paintings made by Marko Matysik made originally for Vogue China and a collection of sketch books/scrap books that document the back stage buzz and shenanigans at the Couture and RTW shows over the last decade. The exhibition will be Matysik's first solo exhibition in London and as such is highly anticipated. Marking his arrival into the FIG stable of artists the exhibition opens to the public on Friday 28th November and closes on 19th December 2008.

Louis Vuitton / Tanya Ling

Tanya Ling collaborates with Louis Vuitton to make painterly water colour stripes printed on silk twill pieces for the LV Cruise 09 collection and illustrates the collection's key looks (see tanyaling.com). In selected LV stores from November 2008.
