FIG is delighted to announce that David Downton is the latest in a growing list of world class talent to have given us access to his studio so we can present unframed, the unedited, unvarnished and in some cases unfinished works crafted, cut, torn and in some cases scribbled backstage and on the artist’s knee at FROW #Couture.

They represent the artist’s talent at his uninhibited best in chalk, oil stick, charcoal, brush and pencil. An unmissable presentation for fans and aficianados alike.  No artist working in this field has Downton’s access and reach. Through his genius we share the delights of Dior, Lacroix, Gaultier and Schiaperelli up close and personal.

All works are unframed and available for sale.

FIG Unframed is a one day showcase for established and emerging artists that offers some of fashion’s most talented image makers an opportunity to exhibit previously unseen works direct from their studios.
