FIGAF Edition 4 / Miami
FIG is delighted to announce FIGAF Miami, the fourth edition of FIGAF; the Fashion Illustration Gallery Art Fair that connects art collectors with the work of the world’s leading contemporary fashion illustrators.
The Miami edition of FIGAF is a much smaller presentation of the London edition but reflects a much larger ambition and that is to reach collectors in the US where new works by Andrea Ferolla, Rosie McGuinness, Tanya Ling, Jacky Blue, Gill Button, Jordi Labanda, Richard Haines, David Downton and Blair Breitenstein will be showcased for the first time. FIG thanks Bal Harbour Shops for the invitation to host FIGAF Miami.
Highlights include postcard drawings from FIG’s newest talent, New Yorker Jacky Blue, gouache on paper paintings made for Vogue Nippon by Spain’s most celebrated illustrator Jordi Labanda and the work of Italian born Roman artist Andrea Ferolla whose work embodies a charming, chic and romantic sensibility articulated with a lightness of touch, mark and precision.
